How To Order
1. Fill out the order form.
2. Wait for an order confirmation via email.
3. Pay for your order on or before the given deadline.
4. Fill out the payment form we will provide in the order confirmation.
5. Keep posted on our twitter for updates.
6. Pay for the local shipping fee once the items arrive in the Philippines.
7. Wait for the item/s to be delivered at your address.
Terms & Conditions
Fleur Finds PH can decline any rude and impatient buyers. If ever you have ordered and been able to settle your payment, we will gladly refund your payment in full.STRICTLY NO CANCELLATIONS, JOY RESERVERS, BOGUS BUYERS, AND CHANGING OF ORDERS. Only submit the order form if you are 100% sure. Buyers who will cancel and not pay the cancellation fee will automatically be tagged as Bogus Buyers and banned/blocked from transacting with Fleur Finds again.Bogus Buyers shall be posted with their name, Twitter account, the order, and the amount that has not been paid. Fleur Finds will not be posting any of your addresses and contact number as these are personal and your private information.Fleur Finds will only allow cancellation and full refund if Fleur Finds was not able to secure your order.OBSERVE THE PAYMENT DEADLINE. Failure to provide proof of payment even after the said week implies joy reserving. If you wish to cancel your order, a cancellation fee must be settled. Otherwise, you will be tagged as a Bogus Buyer and banned/blocked from transacting with Fleur Finds again.CANCELLATION FEE:-- 50% of the total price of the item PER ITEM.
Items with unpaid balance within 15 days means forfeiture of orders. Within the 15 days time frame, a late payment fee shall be added. No refunds shall be made and Fleur Finds has the right to sell them again.LATE PAYMENT FEE:-- Php100 per day.
Failure to fill up the shipping form after the arrival of your item to our PH address within a month will automatically mean forfeiture of the order. No refunds will be made and your items will be sold to another buyer.If you still wish to claim your item after a month, a penalty fee of Php100 PER ITEM shall be paid.Be patient. Fleur Finds will not be held liable for any delay, loss, damage, and other circumstances beyond our control while the items are in transit to the Philippines.If there are any item issues, Fleur Finds will not be held liable if the item is sealed. We will ship them as is in random order. We will notify you before we ship them that some items have issues, damages, etc.All items that arrive at our Philippine address are individually checked for their quality and contents. Fleur Finds will not be held liable for any delay, loss, damage, and other circumstances beyond our control while the items are in transit to the buyer’s address.If ever you changed your Twitter username, please do let us know. Any delays with local shipment or forfeiture of orders shall not be made against Fleur Finds.If there are any problems with your item that you think Fleur Finds is at fault. Provide an unboxing video that starts with an opening from courier packaging. Video submitted should have no cuts and edits. NO UNBOXING VIDEO = NO NEGOTIATIONAfter filling up the form, wait for the confirmation email that has all the information. PLEASE DO TAKE THE TIME TO READ THEM.After submitting your payment, submit your proof in our payment form attached to our email. Other terms of submission will not be recorded. Automatic cancellation of order/s if not submitted until the given deadline.If ever there is a problem with any of the forms given, please do inform us and we will gladly assist you.If you are a minor please inform your parents that you are ordering. We will not be held liable for any problems that can happen in between. The order form will be proof that you are ordering.Fleur Finds has the right to change the price without prior notice. We will inform you through email regarding the change of price with a valid reason such as the weight of the product is higher than expected, dimensions of the product, and currency conversions (krw to php).

We only accept payments via GCash, BPI, and BDO. Payments to GCash via 7/11 cliqq kiosks are no longer accepted.

DO YOU ALLOW COMBINED SHIPPING?
Yes, if items have the same ETA.
For couriers, fee of Php80 will be charge.
For SDD, fee of Php50 will still be paid for both items. If 2 orders, Php100 shall be paid.
For more than 2 items, a fixed price of Php 150 for all items will be charged.
DO YOU ACCEPT COD?
No. Most GOs are for pre-order so we need payments to secure your orders.
DO YOU ACCEPT DOWN PAYMENTS?
Yes, as long as full payment will be made on or before the given deadline.
DO YOU ALLOW PAYMENT EXTENSIONS?
Fleur Finds may allow payment extensions granted that you contact us beforehand and comply with the new deadline we will set.

How Korean Address Lending works?
1. Fill up our lending form.
2. After filling up, you'll receive an email. Our korean address is indicated there.
3. Input our korean address in your weverse shop.
4. You may now purchase your own item/merch.
5. If your order is a success, another form should be fill up and that is as well indicated in our email.
6. Pay for your ISF + other fees until the given DOP.
7. If order is shipped out, please input the tracking number on the sheet we gave indicated in the email as well.
